Oversee and perform the evening cleaning, event needs, and light maintenance of the Community Life Center and Benson Great Hall buildings.
Provides day-to-day management of the direction and administration of the University's Residence Life department, housing ~1,400 students in eight (8) residential areas. This position provides leadership for the implementation of the department's mission to create a home for students to grow and thrive in relation with God and others. Recruits new and/or returning students for Bethel University through identifying, qualifying, and cultivating prospective students.
Process documents and respond to requests that ensure applications move forward to be able to make an admission decision, be admitted to the university and be subsequently enrolled. Serve as a Designated School Official for SEVIS. Support all Admissions teams and partners to know and value prospective students.
Assist the Head Coach as requested in coaching, training and recruiting members of the sport team.
To support students in applying for Study Abroad and Off-Campus Programs, as well as provide administrative support to the Office.
Create and sustain access to libraries’ resources; build and manage the student worker team in Public Services (Circulation).
The Resident Director (RD) position assists with supervising and leading a residence hall community with the goal of fostering a robust living and learning environment. RDs do this through staff and student development, resident outreach, community building, attention to facilities, emergency response, and administrative organization.
To be the primary security shift supervisor and carry out the day-to-day patrolling and emergency response for the Security and Safety branch.
Support the mission and values of Bethel University by performing custodial and security services to the academic buildings.
Coordinates all activities related to the Bethel fleet and drivers to remove or minimize the risks associated with vehicle investment, improving efficiency, productivity, and reducing overall transportation costs, as well as providing compliance with government legislation.
