Responsible for providing first point of contact for student counsel and support for Bethel’s student population and for the proactive cultivation of substantive relationships with students for the purpose of supporting their overall success as students.
An opportunity for an internship exists in the area of athletics administration. The Assistant Director of Athletic Operations and External Relations is a two-year position available in 2025-26 and 2026-27. The intern will provide support to specific varsity teams in event management and special events while representing Bethel University in a Christ-like manner. Leads year-round campus grounds maintenance and projects.
Assists to operate and maintain Bethel’s HVAC, lighting and plumbing system.
Initiate, cultivate and sustain relationships with key administrators from clinics and hospitals to develop clinical rotation sites for PA students in Minnesota and surrounding states. Serve as principal liaison to ensure proper data management for the PA program according to the ARC-PA accreditation and assessment standards.
Provide locksmith services to the entire university and assist with maintenance in the residence halls.
Note that this position requires being on call one week out of every four.
The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the key university leaders and will supervise several administrative assistants.
