Job Summary
We have two opportunties to join our nursing department. They each play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing programs by providing operational, logistical, and student support. These positions serve as a liaison between the program directors, faculty, students, internal departments, and external agencies, helping to manage communications, maintain records, coordinate scheduling, and support the accreditation processes. These roles are divided into two primary areas: 25% general operational support and 75% department-specific responsibilities tailored to the unique needs of the Undergraduate BSN and Post-Bacc nursing programs.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and/or laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

Expected Hours of Work:
Typically, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with the expectation to work specific schedules and hours as identified and communicated by management. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This is a 40 hour per week, 12 months per year position.
