Job Summary

Coordinates all aspects of the MBA program.

Responsibilities

1. MBA Coaching Support – 40%

  • Assist with student and coach assignments.
  • Assist coaches with employment paperwork and serve as the liaison with the business department and the Office of People and Culture to troubleshoot payment issues.
  • Coordinate student and coach assessments.
  • Assist students and coaches with scheduling coaching meetings.
  • Assist faculty and coaches with the learning management system.


2. Program Communication and Promotion - 30%

  • Coordinate the MBA Alumni newsletter.
  • Manage the MBA program social media sites.
  • Serve as the liaison with current and potential students and alumni and the program.
  • Coordinate the promotion of the MBA program.
  • Coordinate special course offerings with department faculty.
  • Assist with recruiting events and activities.


3. Meeting and Event Planning - 15%

  • Coordinate MBA program events.
  • Coordinate MBA department meetings.
  • Take and distribute notes from departmental meetings.
  • Schedule admissions interview for potential students and the program director.


4. Provide administrative support for the Program Director. - 10%


5. Program Data and Reporting - 5%

  • Run reports on various program specific metrics.
  • Assist the director with managing accreditation and assessment data.

Experience

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of related experience.

Education

Required Education:

  • Associate degree.

Additional Information

Travel: This position requires no travel.


Work Environment:


This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and/or laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

Expected Hours of Work:
Typically, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with the expectation to work specific schedules and hours as identified and communicated by management. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This is a 24 hour per week, 12 months per year position.
