Job Summary
Supervising all custodial responsibilities for the assigned buildings, including scheduling, prioritizing, and assigning tasks for staff and student custodians. Works alongside shift custodians to fulfill cleaning protocols. Coordinates and fulfills event setups, work requests, seasonal tasks, and projects.

Required Skills
3+ years of related experience.
Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Additional Information
Travel: This position requires no travel.
Work Environment:
This job requires working with and around chemicals and complies with environmental health and safety requirements and procedures as outlined by University and State policies and directives.

Expected Hours of Work:
This is a 40 hour per week, 12 months per year position. Typical working hours are on 1st Shift (8:00 am – 4:00 pm), Monday – Friday. Some overtime may be required. This position is considered essential personnel and must be available
outside of normal working hours if needed to support contingency operations such as snow removal or support of special events.
