Job Summary
Responsible for providing a first point of contact for student counsel and support in both curricular and co-curricular domains, and for the proactive cultivation of substantive relationships with students for the purpose of supporting their overall success through the completion of their academic program.
This is a hybrid role allowing for flexibility, but also with dedicated in-office days in Arden Hills, MN.
Responsibilities
Cultivates substantive relationships with students in a manner that allows for their continued success and support. Monitors students to ensure that new, continuing, and re-entering students are prepared to academically succeed. Develops and administers personalized means of recognizing student achievement. Connects at- risk students with Manager and other appropriate staff and provides well- researched recommendations to ensure appropriate support.
