Provide exceptional customer service while cleaning and maintaining college academic buildings and assisting with event setups.

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, tasks, supplies, and equipment.

• Collaborate and work with staff and student employees to accomplish goals, metrics, and responsibilities.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to the Bethel Community and its guests through the completion of work orders, radio calls, projects, and event setups.

• Collaborate and work with staff and student employees to accomplish goals, metrics, and responsibilities.

• Seasonal duties:  snow shoveling, leaf removal, etc.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team.
• Must have an excellent customer-service attitude.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Must be able to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple duties.

1 year of custodial experience is preferred.

Required:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to be physically active and to walk for extended periods of time.

• Complies with environmental health and safety requirements and procedures as outlined in University and State policies and directives.

• This position is considered essential personnel and must be available outside of normal working hours if needed to support contingency operations such as snow removal or support of special events.

• 40 hours per week, 12 months a year position.

• Will require overtime.

• Pay: $16.50/hr
