  • Job Summary

    Provides management and oversight of import and export data processes; establishes and maintains quality assurance of data integration into our system; monitors, identifies and corrects data integrity issues; and provides support for current as well as newly implemented processes and systems.


    • Manage and develop timely and accurate import and export processes in and out of our systems
    • Perform quality checks on data prior to movement to destination source
    • Develop and maintain systems to monitor and resolve data integrity issues including duplicate record management
    • Manage and integrate critical data validation from system of record

    Required Skills

    • Working knowledge and experience with customer relationship management and student information systems.
    • Experience with importing and exporting data into and out of varies systems required.
    • Experience with development and execution of test scenarios for quality assurance
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively with rapid changing priorities.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively in a busy team environment.
    • Detail oriented, excellent analytical and problem solving skills essential.
    • Experience with data automation tools from web application into database preferred.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are required, Argos and SQL experience a plus.

    Required Experience

    2+ years of directly related work experience including knowledge of and experience with relational databases, customer relationship management software and reporting tools; experience using Salesforce a plus.

    Required Education

    Post-high school training/coursework required.

    Additional Information

    • Must be able to work in a sitting position at a computer for extended periods of time.
    • This is a 40 hours, 12 month per year position.
    • May require non-routine hours.
