  • Job Summary

    Receives, reviews, and enters data into institutional relational database according to established procedures. Ensures accuracy of data recorded utilizing analytical skills to support the institution’s vision, mission and enrollment goals.


    • Process highly confidential applicant information including admissions applications, transcripts, test scores, references, and a variety of other forms and documents. Ensures accuracy and quality of department data.
    • Ensure timely completion, communication, and follow up on items sent to the enrollment data team shared email box.
    • Monitor daily dashboard reports including data integrity and preparation of files for University registrars.
    • Maintain Enrollment Management document registry and central file room. Includes all transcripts and test scores, active and inactive files, and all other documents 
    • Cross train and support data processing needs within EMDT department. Includes set up of checklist items, program changes, and cohort details in the CRM. 

    Required Skills

    • Working knowledge and experience with relational databases and student information systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively with rapid changing priorities.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively in a busy team environment.
    • Detail oriented, excellent analytical and problem solving skills essential.
    • Previous experience in admissions and higher education preferred.

    Required Experience

    1+ years of directly related work experience including knowledge of and experience with relational databases and student information systems.

    Required Education

    High school degree required; Post-high school training/coursework preferred.

    Additional Information

    • Must be able to work in a sitting position at a computer for extended periods of time. Work under pressure and deadlines within short time frames.
    • This is a 40 hours per week, 12 months per year position. Must be able to work non-routine hours as needed during certain times of the year.
