  • Job Summary

    Provides management and oversight of electronic data loading; monitors, identifies and corrects data integrity issues in existing and newly loaded prospective data in multiple systems; and provides support for current as well as newly implemented processes and systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages downloads, data files and data loads for electronic sources of admissions and prospect data including but not limited to the following: Admissions applications, ACT scores, prospective student inquiry files, web inquiries, and other third party and internal sources using FTP, Excel, and other data management software. 
    • Process duplicate records, term changes, and other critical data maintenance. 
    • Responsible for technical support tasks related to ERP, CRM, prospective student application, web forms, and reporting. 
    • Develop and maintain systems to monitor and resolve data integrity issues. 

    Required Skills

    • Working knowledge and experience with relational databases and student information systems, as well as data loading and management experience essential. 
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively with rapid changing priorities.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively in a busy team environment.
    • Detail oriented, excellent analytical and problem solving skills essential. 
    • Previous experience in admissions and higher education preferred. 
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required, Salesforce and Banner experience a plus.

    Required Experience

    1+ years of directly related work experience including knowledge of and experience with relational databases and student information systems, reporting tools.

    Required Education

    Post-high school training/coursework required.

    Additional Information

    • Must be able to work in a sitting position at a computer for extended periods of time.
    • This is a 40 hours, 12 month per year position.
    • May require non-routine hours.
