  • Job Summary

    Provide website authorship for all post-traditional admissions webpages, coordinate post-traditional admissions face-to-face and online campus visits,, and coordinate team-wide admissions processes.


    • In collaboration with partner offices, design and maintain the post-traditional admissions webpages and online event registration forms.
    • In collaboration with Web Services, program directors, and lead counselors, ensure academic contact on academic webpages is up to date, accurate, and provides the information prospective students need when making admissions decisions.
    • Prepare face-to-face and online campus visit experiences so that each step is integrated within the broader CRM flow, leading to increased applications and enrollment within the post-traditional programs. 
    • Coordinate front desk logistics as backup to administrative assistant.
    • Review and approve acceptance letters for post-traditional programs.
    • All other duties as assigned.
    • Lead New Employee campus tours twice monthly.

    Required Skills

    • Ability to create interactive experiences both in person and online.
    • Must have the ability to work proficiently with a variety of technologies, such as Cascade, WebEx, and other applications including Microsoft Office products.
    • Must be a proven self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must be detail-oriented and have effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Must be able to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple duties.
    • Must be able to handle sensitive, confidential information in a mature and professional manner.

    Required Experience

    Two plus years of experience in higher education or related field.

    Required Education

    Post-high school training or coursework required.

    Additional Information

    • Ability to lift 25 lbs. and travel required. Must be physically able to carry suitcases and large recruiting displays across large parking lots and up and down flights of stairs.
    • Must be able to work in a sitting position for extended periods.
    • This is a 40 hours per week, 12 month position. Must be willing to travel and work non-routine hours as needed during certain times of the year. Some weekends and evenings required for recruiting events.
    • Collaborate with Conference and Event Services to follow the admissions event model process for departmental events.
