  • Job Summary

    Provide primary administrative/clinical placement support for Athletic Training and Counseling academic programs, services and projects, as well as general administrative support for CAPS/GS as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    • Records and organizes programmatic data as requested (ex. Enrollment, retention, program and/or learner assessments, licensure, budget, scheduling, minutes, residencies etc). 
    • Provides a first point of contact for learner, faculty, staff and community inquiries, answering questions and referring to the appropriate person as necessary (phone, email, face to face, etc). 
    • Coordinates placements for Athletic Training and Counseling students 
    • Coordinates and schedules meetings and team events. 

    Required Skills

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Additionally, knowledge in Moodle course management software or similar CMS preferred.

    Must be detail orientated, with demonstrable organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure in both team and individual settings, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

    Individual must be able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with all constituents.

    Required Experience

    2+ years of office experience with complex levels of responsibility.

    Required Education

    Post-high school training/coursework required.

    Additional Information

    Must be able to work in a sitting position at a computer for extended periods of time.
    This is a 30 hour per week, 12 month position. Must have the flexibility to work occasional evening or weekend hours as needed.
