Job Summary

To administer and manage the meal plan function, coordinate with and serve both internal (students, IT, Finance, Student Life) and external clients (Sodexho, parents, Blackboard, Adirondack, Heartland).

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage the meal plan function. 
  • Provide leadership on Blackboard, Adirondack and Heartland systems on campus.
  • Interface with Sodexo on meal plans and special dietary needs
  • Provide administrative support to SVP, Finance & Admin

Required Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to manage details.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to self-manage, meet deadlines, and troubleshoot.

Required Experience

Experience with Excel, Blackboard, Heartland and Adirondack preferred.

Required Education

AA degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Additional Information

  • Must be able to work in an office setting in a sitting position at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Occasional travel to conferences (1-3 times/year)
  • Occasional weekend or evening hours as necessary. 
  • Vacation limited during key campus times (Welcome Week, buy-back periods, etc.)
  • 37.5 hours week/12 months
