Manage the daily operating functions of the CAPS/Seminary/GS Admission team, supporting marketing initiatives and providing leadership to a large and complex admissions system. Partner with key staff and faculty to effectively recruit students. Lead the CAPS/Seminary/GS Admissions office in development of recruiting plans and achievement of recruitment and net revenue goals.
5+ years of experience in specific field required with 3+ years of management experience; Experience in sales preferred. Strong preference for experience in higher education or adult education recruitment, admissions, or marketing.
Bachelor's required; Master's preferred.
